In the early hours of September 10th, around 4 a.m., a large fire broke out at our Wunsiedel location, affecting our production facilities. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Thankfully, we can confirm that none of our employees were harmed.
The extent of the damage is currently being assessed by the relevant authorities. We have formed a crisis management team and are working diligently to gain a clear understanding of the situation. Our executive board has also traveled to the site to provide the team with the best possible support.
Our top priority is the safety of our employees and minimizing any impact on our customers. We are in close communication with our customers and are currently assessing which orders are impacted. At the same time, we are working to identify alternative production options within the PFISTERER network to minimize any potential delays as effectively as possible.
