Whilst we are deeply concerned by the effects the virus is having on families, communities and companies all over the world, we would like to inform you that our plants are still in operation and we are working hard to maintain our availability for you.
In its daily activities, the PFISTERER Group follows the recommendations of the World Health Organisation and the national authorities of the countries in which we are active in order to prevent the virus from spreading and to keep the pressure on the health system as low as possible. We have initiated comprehensive preventive measures at our international locations to minimise infection risks and to ensure the continuation of our service for customers and business partners. PFISTERER teams worldwide are constantly dealing with and monitoring the situation, and are in close contact with our suppliers in order to maintain production and supply chains.
As of the 30th of March 2020, almost all of our plants and offices remain in operation worldwide, and our general business continuity has not been significantly impacted. Affected customers will be informed as soon as possible should orders be delayed due to purchased parts or temporary measures in individual countries.
We would like to assure you that all employees are doing their best to deal with this challenge and to continue to support you in your business activities.
