PFISTERER appoints Mr. Martin Billhardt as Chairman of the Executive Board and strengthens sales organisation

The supervisory board of PFISTERER Holding AG appointed Mr. Martin Billhardt, a designated sales expert with extensive experience in turn-around situations, as Chairman of the Executive Board.

Simultaneously he will be responsible for the biggest business unit PTS as well as strategic business development und coordination. The former speaker of the Executive Board, Mr. Michael Keinert, will concentrate fully on his resort finance.

Mr. Billhardt played a leading role in the restructuring of Scholz Recycling GmbH as Chief Transformation Officer and has been member of the Executive Board from 2004 to 2015. Since 2008 he has been Chairman of the Executive Board of market-listed PNE Wind AG, an international wind power pioneer, project developer and service provider for the value chain of alternative energies. During his time at PNE Wind, the equity, which was initially virtually non-existent, was significantly increased to approximately €180 million and the company's ability to pay dividends was achieved. Prior, Mr. Billhardt was Managing Director of DIECKELL asset management for many years and gained extensive experience in connection with the acquisition and sale of companies. Mr. Billhardt is a lawyer, 56 years old, married and has 5 children.
