PFISTERER Holding AG appoints Johannes Linden as new Executive Board member

PFISTERER Holding AG welcomes Johannes Linden as new member of the Executive Board alongside Dr. Konstantin Kurfiss as of January 1, 2023. He will assume overall responsibility for Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT, HR, Corporate Governance, PMO as well as Legal and Compliance.

Johannes Linden is 53 years old and lives together with his family in Esslingen am Neckar. After studying mechanical engineering and industrial engineering, he has worked for the past 18 years as sole and group Managing Director of larger medium-sized, internationally operating industrial companies. PFISTERER Holding AG and its Executive Board member Stephan Götschel mutually agreed his resignation from the Executive Board by the end of December 30, 2022. The Supervisory Board expresses thanks to Mr. Götschel for making a significant contribution to leading the company through difficult times and creating the basis for a successful future.
