Compliance is the number one priority for the PFISTERER group

At PFISTERER, we are against any form of corruption, money laundering, cartelization, violations of environmental regulations or human rights or other criminal activities. We do not tolerate any illegal practices by employees, customers, suppliers or other business partners. 

We take reports of possible misconduct in connection with PFISTERER Group companies very seriously, investigate them carefully and respond in an appropriate manner to any misconduct identified. In doing so, we strictly observe labor law and - where applicable - the right of co-determination of the works council. 

If you suspect that a compliance violation has been committed in connection with a company of the PFISTERER Group, please contact our external ombudsman, who will investigate the matter impartially - without disclosing your identity to PFISTERER if you wish.

Use of the ombudsman service is free of charge for those reporting potential misconduct. Reports to the ombudsman can be made in English, French or German. 
 

How do I report a compliance case?

Please ensure that the information in the report you submit to the above contact person is as specific as possible so that it can be processed and investigated accordingly. Please try to answer the following five questions in your message:

 

  • Who? Who is affected? Who is involved?
  • What happened? Describe the incident
  • When? When did someone receive an (illegal) benefit?
  • How? How often did it happen?
  • Where? Where did the incident take place?

Please ensure that the presentation in your report is easy to understand, even for people who are not experts in your field. It would be very helpful if you are available to answer further questions. If you are willing to do so, but do not wish your identity to be disclosed to the PFISTERER Group, please submit your report to the Ombudsman’s office.
