Increasing digitalization is having a noticeable impact on our business processes. Information security and data protection are our focus. We make every effort to protect the intellectual property of PFISTERER as well as the order data of our business partners and the personal data of our employees from loss, theft and unauthorized access.

Compliance is a top priority for us at PFISTERER. We resolutely oppose corruption, money laundering, the formation of cartels, environmental violations, human rights abuses and other illegal activities. These principles apply not only to us, but also to our customers, suppliers, and business partners: We do not tolerate such practices in any form.

We take indications of potential misconduct seriously. We investigate any suspicions carefully and consistently pursue any grievances identified - always ensuring compliance with labor laws and the co-determination rights of the works council.

If you suspect that a compliance violation has occurred involving a PFISTERER Group company, please contact our external ombudsman. They will examine the case independently and anonymously if desired.
