Johannes Linden has been a sole and group managing director of large SMEs and internationally operating solution providers in the automation and mechanical engineering industry for 20 years. Since January 2023, he has been responsible for Finance and Operations at PFISTERER as Spokesman of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Konstantin Kurfiss has over 20 years’ experience in energy transmission and distribution technology as a board member, managing director and vice president for technology, sales and production at various international manufacturers of cables, cable accessories and overhead line systems. He has been responsible for the Sales and Technology departments at PFISTERER since 2019.

Prof. Wolfgang Blättchen has been an independent consultant for financing and capital market matters with an international background for over 35 years and is the founder and managing director of Blättchen Financial Advisory GmbH since 2010. He has been involved in numerous successful IPOs, FFOs and complex capital market transactions. He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board at PFISTERER Holding SE since June 2010.

Erich Schefold has more than two decades’ experience in finance and corporate management. As the former CFO at GARDENA AG and partner-managing director of Schleich Holding GmbH, he has been involved in numerous financial market transactions. He has been a member of the PFISTERER Supervisory Board since September 2015 and Deputy Chairman since July 2023.

Prof. Petra Denk, a graduate physicist with distinction and a doctorate in natural sciences, has extensive expertise in the energy industry. Since 2012, she has been CEO of the Institute for Systemic Energy Consulting at Landshut University of Applied Sciences, where she advises industry, energy suppliers and local authorities. She has also been a professor of energy and business management since 2009. She previously held various management positions at E.ON. Dr. Denk has been a member of the PFISTERER Supervisory Board since 09/2015. 

Since 2024 Matthias Benz has been CEO of the Zeppelin Group, an international construction technology group. Matthias Benz has an impressive professional background, with three decades of experience from various key positions in corporate management, sales and finance. He has been a member of the PFISTERER Supervisory Board since 2015.

Stefan Seipl has been a successful entrepreneur and Managing Director of seipl consult GmbH since 2013. He has over three decades of experience in consulting, corporate governance and supervisory board mandates. He is also a Senior Advisor at First Sentier Investors, heads the Supervisory Board of Ferngas Group and is a member of supervisory bodies such as MVV Energie AG. As founder and CEO of enerpeak GmbH, he is actively involved in the field of renewable energies. Previous positions include other management roles at major international energy companies. Dr. Seipl has been a member of the PFISTERER Supervisory Board since 09/2021.
