These systems are under strain – and this is particularly true around the world where volatile electricity from renewable energy sources or the spread of e-mobility are leading to higher loads in the distribution grids. Individual chain designs

We supply complete insulator chains - and not just standardized, but also tailored and manufactured precisely to the individual requirements of our customers on request. No matter how complex it may be, there is no compromise on reliability. We test our chains carefully in the laboratory and they have proven themselves in the field.

Silicone insulators

We have an extensive range of insulators. It includes long-rod, suspension and support insulators for AC and DC applications, with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kN and voltages of up to 1,000 kV. First class is our aspiration, because we want to meet the highest demands. And we achieve this thanks to high-quality injection molding technologies and modular production.

  • They are lightweight and shock-resistant.

Insulator fittings

We offer a wide range of customized insulator fittings that comply with various standards such as DIN VDE, IEC and ANSI.

Fittings for overhead line chains and conductor cables

Our fittings withstand mechanical and electrical loads, interact optimally with conductors and insulators, are corrosion-resistant and easy to install.

Warning spheres

Our warning spheres made of pigmented polyamide or polyethylene are available in a variety of designs and colors. What sets them apart:

  • They are UV and ozone resistant.
  • They have a reliable metal clamping system.
  • They can be used on OPGW and ground cables.

Damping systems

In studies, we simulate how overhead lines act with and without a damping system. And we assess which is the optimum damping system. With our Stockbridge dampers, we ensure effective and reliable control of aluminum vibrations. Our spacer dampers offer effective protection for conductor bundles.

Measuring vibrations on conductor cables

Our vibration recorders measure aeolian vibrations and partial voltage oscillations in the field. The software for assessing and graphically displaying the data is included in the package. The devices are available for hire or purchase.
