PFISTERER was rated across all sectors of the economy in the highest category of “VERY HIGH employer attractiveness”. A total of 3,895 companies were scored by more than 728,000 respondents.

The “Germany’s Best Employers” award is an independent quality assessment. Surveys are carried out without the involvement of the rated companies, and are based on a survey of the general public’s perceptions of the image and attractiveness of the employers being assessed. Respondents do not necessarily have to work for the company in question, they may also express an outside opinion.
